Chairman of the Management Board
As CEO, Simon Giovanazzi has overall responsibility for the strategic direction of the company and leads the implementation of our vision. With a focus on customer orientation, innovation and team leadership, he is working to constantly expand and develop our portfolio - and to continue our successful growth.
Jan Klemp - CIO
Managing Director Production
As Managing Director of Production, Jan Klemp is responsible for the efficient development and provision of our high-quality software solutions for a smart and sustainable railroad. He leads the entire production process, from conception to implementation, to create innovative and customer-oriented software products. This also includes the Support team, which is led by Eric Barth, and the Operations team, headed by Andrea Wilhelmi.
Permanent Way
Whether superstructure, track or geodetic observation of surfaces, slopes and civil structures - the team digitizes construction supervision and planning services with innovative tools.
E&M Signaling
Switches, level crossings, cables and much more can be found in our infrastructure monitoring solutions. The team supports our rail infrastructure customers in the monitoring and diagnosis of systems.
Rolling Stock
The team ensures continuous vehicle monitoring and supports our customers in the digitalization of maintenance, fleet management and diagnostics.
Systems Engineering & Operations
This is where customized IoT solutions and the X2BIM platform are created. As the heart of our company, the team continues to take care of the technical management and support of our solutions.
Data Analytics & AI
Data is the key to a predictive maintenance regime. Our AI experts develop models for automated image diagnosis and design trend analyses for the lifecycle management of assets.
Business Development & Sales
The Business Development and Sales team supports the technical departments in preparing offers and further developing our product portfolio.
Finance & Controlling
We swing and juggle figures to ensure that the results and payments are right. The F&C team is responsible for accounting, planning, reporting and purchasing.
