With DIANA.Infra, we are revolutionizing the way systems are monitored and maintained around the world. The DIANA.Infra applications monitor and analyze railroad systems in the field of control and safety technology. More than 41,000 operationally critical point machines, point heaters, equipment rooms, signal boxes, level crossings and earth and frame closure detectors are monitored in DIANA.Infra in correlation with each other. Automated diagnostic messages and early detection of deviations are designed to identify efficient maintenance measures, reduce ad hoc on-site interventions and cut downtime.

Infra.Switch is a data-based maintenance tool for permanent condition-based remote monitoring of turnouts with rotary and DC drives. It detects anomalies before faults occur. This increases the availability and quality of your infrastructure systems and reduces maintenance costs.

Continuous monitoring of a technical room can prevent defects in electronic components. These can occur, for example, due to the failure of air conditioning systems or an increased concentration of dust. The person responsible for the system has the option of setting threshold values and being notified by text message or e-mail if the temperature rises.

Infra.LevelCrossing

Comprehensive diagnosis and remote monitoring of level crossings

DIANA.LevelCrossing enables continuous video monitoring of traditional level crossings using video streams and AI.

Recorded videos can be accessed at any time and from anywhere via the DIANA system.

Infra.LevelCrossing is a monitoring product for monitoring non-digital level crossings. On the one hand, the DIANA solution offers video transmission of level crossing relays, which can be compared with the status of the level crossing control system. On the other hand, it receives and sends manufacturer-independent SMS diagnostic messages, which are generated from error messages from EBÜT80 designs that are still frequently used via CAN bus loggers. The status of the level crossing and fault diagnoses are sent to DIANA via the standard interface, which helps the operator to organize maintenance immediately after the fault occurs. The system can also recognize patterns of diagnostic faults to strengthen the knowledge of recurring or intermittent faults for more successful maintenance.

Infra.RailTemp supports maintenance personnel in making decisions on whether to carry out or cancel maintenance work on the superstructure. The temperature values can be called up online on the DIANA platform from any location even before work begins, so that high personnel and equipment costs can be avoided if maintenance work is canceled.

The central aim is to optimize work processes and make better use of resources. The customer can independently adapt the number and locations of the devices to regional conditions.

Infra.SwitchHeating

Condition monitoring and control of point heating systems

The point heaters can also be easily switched on and off via the OPC interface.

Changes to the configuration of the point heating can be made due to our close cooperation with the manufacturers.

Evaluation of the relevant operational and technical key performance indicators (KPIs) in a dashboard

Infra.SwitchHeating enables manufacturer-independent operation and monitoring of switch heating systems. The manufacturer already provides the systems with various sensors for recording status and weather data, which are mapped and analyzed in DIANA. The systems can be switched on and off remotely using DIANA. It is also possible to heat the system continuously (short-term heating), independently of the control system, in order to detect faults, for example.

Infra.Crane monitors crane statuses and handling performance in real time. The data stream, including operating data and peripheral systems, is combined in one platform independently of the system. For management, the DIANA platform provides key figures for maintenance planning to identify bottlenecks as a dashboard and report.
