DIANA®.Infra

DIANA.Infra offers a comprehensive modular solution for the predictive maintenance of railroad systems in the area of control and safety technology. Point machines, point heaters, rail temperatures, interlockings, level crossings and earth and frame closure detectors are monitored in correlation in DIANA.Infra.

Thanks to DIANA.Infra, unforeseen on-site operations are a thing of the past. This solution makes a significant contribution to increasing the reliability and availability of railroad systems while at the same time considerably minimizing downtimes.

 

DIANA®.Line

DIANA.Line enables reliable continuous condition monitoring and predictive maintenance of linear infrastructure assets such as tracks, superstructure and catenaries. The platform offers a wide range of visualization options for linear track data, such as map views for maintenance-relevant events and a historic track condition report that monitors the condition of linear assets over time. With DIANA.Line, we are setting new standards in the monitoring and predictive maintenance of linear infrastructure assets in the railroad sector and avoiding unforeseeable disruptions.

DIANA®.Inspector

DIANA.Inspector systematically digitizes and optimizes maintenance and inspection work through condition monitoring and diagnostic data.

Thanks to the comprehensive analysis of condition and measurement data, DIANA.Inspector enables the precise determination of optimal maintenance times. The seamless integration of data analysis and processing enables DIANA.Inspector to automatically generate maintenance plans based on the condition of the systems and the applicable regulations. This leads to more efficient and precise planning of maintenance measures. DIANA.Inspector is the path to a complete transformation towards digital inspection.

tecWatch

tecWatch is an innovative signaling system for digital interlocking technology based on EULYNX architecture, which monitors indoor and outdoor installations in a uniform manner.

The diagnostic data received leads to fault clearance orders and can be transferred directly from tecWatch to an ERP system, which avoids inconvenient switching between different systems. tecWatch enables a user-friendly web interface for a detailed infrastructure view and generates status messages in the event of deviations from normal status.

Cam.LevelCrossing

Cam.LevelCrossing is a powerful edge device for monitoring level crossings, which was developed to enable the automated analysis of video recordings in installation rooms.

It collects, processes and transmits data to platforms such as DIANA using modern IoT technologies. This data can include video clips or switchgear statuses, and the device enables intelligent monitoring of objects in technical buildings to prevent faults or analyze them retrospectively.
